The revenues from these services represent about 25% of total PosAm sales. Around one hundred specialists provide operation and support of IT services for leading companies in Slovakia from various industries, such as energy, manufacturing, telecommunications, banking and insurance.

 

Extensive knowledge and experience in IT services outsourcing, combined with our expertise in software development, led us to the decision to develop our own solution for Service Desk and IT Service management support.

 

Our ambition was to develop a solution that would better meet our demands and those of our customers, compared to other systems available at the market at the time. PosAm Servio is not a simple ticketing tool, but at the same time not a cumbersome solution. The result of several years of development is a modern, flexible system with modular architecture allowing us to cover business and technical processes in the area of IT service management, field service management and asset management.
